We have recently got a new laptop running Windows 8.1, and at some point since I last used Windows 8 for work about 6 months ago, this option has appeared:
You would think this just takes you to a touch version of Chrome, but what it actually launches is pretty much a Chrome OS UI, complete with app tray and launcher, notifications and a (admittedly somewhat crippled) system tray. Awesome!
